I
used to try to create a spooky atmosphere for Halloween in my
front yard for all the trick or treaters. I would start by
getting my pumpkins and then carve scary faces, making sure
the outer skin of the pumpkin was carved quite thin, this way
the whole pumpkin would glow. Next was to rake the fall leaves
into the shape of graves. Garden stakes painted white made all
the crosses. Placing the pumpkins just right was next. The finally
was to garnish the whole area with
a few well-placed old twisted tree branches, setting the mood
for a fun Halloween. |
