The Gentle Bull

Yarro just loved his nose scratched with as much pressure as you could muster.  He weighed in at 1500 pounds and it was nothing to go through a fence with out blinking a bull’s eye. In this painting Yarro is looking into the barn at a young calf named Banny, as she is being fed milk from a bottle. The title of this watercolour is the result of Yarro’s gentle nature. The little calf Banny can be seen in a painting titled, “Surrogate”
